Each year, the Men’s Club raises funds to be returned to the community of Huntington Woods. 100% of the net proceeds from these fundraising events are returned to the City of Huntington Woods to support programs, events, and special projects. Since the Club’s inception, over $1,200,000 has been raised and reinvested in the city.
The Club’s four fundraisers are:
- Tax Raffle July
- City-wide Golf Outing September
- Cider and Donut Sale October
- Annual Service Auction March
Annually, the money supports:
- 4th of July Parade
- Summer Family Night at Burton Park
- Fall Hay Day
- Recycler of the Month Award
- City Calendar publication
- New Residents Reception
- Men’s Club Past President’s Scholarship Fund
In addition, a special project is selected each year for support. Recent projects have been:
