Monthly General Membership Meeting

Monthly General Membership Meeting.

The meeting is help on the third Wednesday of every month. In location of the meeting varies with the season. During summers, the meetings are held in the backyard of a member. During winter, the meetings are held in a meeting room at a restaurant.

The meeting is a time for club members to socialize and discuss club matters. The members vote on different funding requests brought to them. The financial statements of the club are presented at this time for the membership to review.
