The Men's Club is governed by a set of by-laws and is overseen by a volunteer Board of Directors that serves for a one-year period from August 1 to July 31 of the following year. The nominations for the Board are received in March and the Board is elected each year at the June General Membership meeting. The Board meets the first Wednesday of each month to review Club matters.  Those meetings (usually held at the home of the President of the Club) are open to Club members.
