Help the Huntington Woods Men's Club raise money for the 2021 Annual Service Auction fundraiser while enjoying delicious cocktails from Berkley Common!
Kick back and enjoy the HWMC Auction Broadcast on Saturday, May 22, 2021 with a Southside Cocktail - made with gin, lime juice, simple syrup and a mint leaf. Cocktail Kits to make this refreshing beverage will be offered for sale through the HMWC Auction Website and available for pick up at Berkley Common starting on Tuesday, May 18 at 4 p.m., through Saturday, May 22nd.
Cocktail Kits will come with two “airplane bottles” of Tanqueray gin, portion cups and the rest of ingredients to make the Southside Cocktail packed tastefully and ready to go. The kits will include enough ingredients to construct two cocktails per kit. Priced at $20 per basket, must be 21 or older.
Instructions will be included in the Kit, but during the Auction Broadcast, Berkley Common’s renown bartender will detail the background of this Cocktail and its ingredients. He will, then, walk you through the preparation of the Southside Cocktail. Follow along with the pro during the Auction Broadcast.
Sales of the Cocktail Kits will benefit the HWMC Auction. Pick up during the Shop Berkley event on Saturday, May 22nd (also benefiting the HWMC Auction) or anytime in the week before the Auction.
A few Southside Cocktail baskets is just the way to enjoy the Auction and preview Berkley Common’s new (Un)Common Beach Bar, featuring Beach Bungalows for small group rental. Enjoy Saturday, May 22, 2021 with HWMC. Then, enjoy your summer at Berkley Common.
