Something you would love to bid on at the Live or Silent Auction but you just can't attend? Let us bid for you! There are two types of bidding this year, please review the choices and mark each auction item with the method of your choice.

COMPETITIVE
We will make our best effort to periodically bid on your item(s) up to your maximum bid dollar amount throughout the evening. Bidding will be in dollar increments specified on the bidder sheets.

MAXIMUM BID
We will bid your maximum bid dollar amount shortly before that item closes. If the auction item is more than your maximum bid amount, no bid will be made. This is a one-time bid only.

Fill in this Absentee Bid Form and an Auction Representative will bid for you at the Auction! Make sure you choose a bidding method for each item. Enter your maximum bid amount on the appropriate line. We will bid for you UP TO that amount. This bid form must be received by fax or information phoned in by Thursday, April 7, 2005.

If you provide VISA/MC info, we will assume that you are also consenting to the Huntington Woods Men’s Club charging your winning bids to your credit card. We will deliver your auction item(s) to your home on Sunday, April 10, 2005, between 8:30 - 9:30 am. (If that time will not work, please contact Joel E. Grand to make alternate arrangements prior to the auction.) Winning Absentee bidders who have not given authorization to charge their winning bids on a credit card will be notified of their winning bid on Sunday, April 10, 2005, between 8:30 - 9:30 am. Payment for, and pick-up of auction gifts must be made between 10 am - 12 pm at the Rec Center. Cash, check, VISA, and MasterCard are all accepted. Please keep a copy of this form for your records. If you have questions about the absentee bidding process, please contact Joel Grand at 248.538.3737 ext 101. This Absentee Bid Form must be received by Thursday, April 7, 2005, either by mail or fax.
