The quilt is a combination of the Ninepatch & Hourglass patterns, and the colors are soft blue, light green, pale yellow and lavender. The quilt was hand crafted by Lynne Gerfen. The furniture is all sturdy wood, white with decorative painting. The decorative painting incorporates the same colors as the quilt. There are two different checked patterns, in the light green and soft blue. There are garden scenes painted on the hardboard, top of the night stand, and the back wall of the bookcase. The garden scenes include pink tulips, purple iris, yellow daises, purple violets, and green leaves and grasses. The set of furniture includes a twin size headboard and footboard, a night stand with a single drawer, and an unusual bookcase (25" x 42") that has three small drawers for storing special treasures, as well as four cubbies and a shelf.
